Deleting Cloud Data
Users may completely delete the cloud data stored on the server and linked to their accounts at any time.
If cloud data is deleted, places marked as seen, hidden places, filter preferences, city-based user settings, and similar in-app preferences stored for synchronization are permanently removed from the server.
This process only covers cloud data stored on the server. How locally stored data on your device can be deleted is explained under the “Login and Synchronization” heading in this text.
Deleting the Account
Users may delete their accounts directly if they wish. No additional manual approval process is required for account deletion.
When the account is deleted, the user account and the server data linked to this account are permanently deleted. Within this scope, synchronization data, user preferences, and records associated with the account are removed from the server.
Account deletion cannot be undone. After the process is completed, the deleted account or the data linked to the account cannot be recovered.
Therefore, it is important to know that this process is permanent before deleting your account or cloud data.
Cookies
SkipGuide may use cookies for purposes such as language preference, session information, security, performance, or user experience.
